We were to purchase a home off 1-20 near Cobb County line (but in Atlanta). For now that have been put on hold due to seller not being able to close now. This was a cute 2 story house worth much more but was selling for $20,000 cash. It was built in 05 but needed some attention to repair to be move in ready. Now we are looking for something else.
