My 8 month old Townhouse is listed $130k less then what the same units they are selling. Isn't that reason alone to take a look?

It is in the Gramercy Townhome development right in the heart of the Perimeter section of Dunwoody. They still have similar units for sale that are priced over $120k more. Why leave? - I was relocated to California. I paid $443k for this place in April 08... I am selling now for $329.5k. Why so low? The market is soft and my company covers my loss if I can sell quickly. This is an awesome house in a great location with everything included. End unit with ample parking - Washer, Dryer, refridge, $6000 custom closets in each room. Low HOA. Quiet...but close to everything.
Tick tock... Opportunity knocks. Answer the door.
